Obtaining an EORI for a company

EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) is a mandatory identifier for participants in foreign economic activity in the EU. Without it, imports, exports and other customs operations in the territory of the European Union cannot be processed correctly.

Import and export without unnecessary bureaucracy

We help companies to quickly process EORI in Estonia, minimizing the involvement of the director and reducing the risk of rejection due to errors in documents. You concentrate on your business, while we take care of customs.

Obtaining EORI – cost from 250 euros

We prepare the data, complete the application and communicate with customs authorities. As a result, you receive an EORI number that you can use when dealing with European customs, logistics companies and marketplaces.

Need an EORI number for your company?

If you plan to import or export goods, work with European warehouses, marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) or logistics operators, without EORI your declarations will simply not be accepted for processing.

Timely numbering helps to avoid cargo delays, unnecessary inquiries from customs and additional costs on the part of carriers and warehouses. A small step that makes a big difference to the sustainability of the entire logistics.

Do you want to file an EORI quickly and without errors?

We accompany entrepreneurs working through Estonia and other EU countries. We help you to specify company data correctly and, if necessary, advise your logistics or warehousing company.

The cost of EORI clearance services is from 250 euros.

What is an EORI number?

EORI is a single registration and identification number of an economic operator in the EU customs system. It is used in declarations, when interacting with customs and tax authorities, as well as logistics and warehousing operators. One correctly issued number and you will be “recognized” by all EU customs offices.

Analyzing your situation

Determine what operations you are planning (import, export, full-field, marketplaces) and what company data will be needed.

Preparation of data and application

Gather information about the company, check registration data and contacts, clarify activities and prepare a correct application for customs authorities.

Filing and communication with customs

We apply to the competent authority, track the status, respond to customs inquiries if necessary, and notify you of the assignment of an EORI number.

Post EORI support

We explain how to use EORI in declarations, when working with logistics companies and marketplaces to reduce the risk of additional inspections and delays in shipments.

We work with residents and non-residents

We support both Estonian companies and foreign entities using Estonia as a hub for logistics, storage and trade of goods in the EU.

  • Who needs EORI?
  • Timing and procedure for receipt
  • Why entrust it to us

EORI is required for any company that is connected to EU Customs in one way or another: importing or exporting goods, processing transit, using temporary storage warehouses or marketplace infrastructure, working through full-fillment centers in Europe.

It is required both for businesses registered in the European Union and for companies from third countries if their cargo flows through the EU. The number is also often requested by logistics operators before accepting a shipment for transportation or customs clearance.

In Estonia and a number of other EU countries, EORI processing usually takes from a few working days – provided the data is correct and customs authorities have no additional questions.

You will be required to provide registration data, contacts of the responsible person, briefly describe the planned activities and confirm the company’s participation in foreign trade operations. We take care of the rest.

We work with international businesses and understand how critical timelines are in logistics. We clarify the requirements of customs authorities in advance, fill out the application correctly, and help you organize your processes with EU regulations in mind.

This way, you avoid returned applications, unnecessary correspondence with customs and the risks associated with downtime at the border. Your job is to grow your business, and ours is to ensure it has legal and uninterrupted access to the European Union customs system.
